kirsch

kirsch has an ancient tradition in Italian regions, the fruit of viticulture, distillation or fermentation of high-quality local raw materials. Each Italian territory boasts its typical productions, some protected by appellation. In cooking it's a precious ingredient that adds aroma, flavour and depth to many traditional preparations.

Use in cooking

Drunk as an aperitif, during the meal or as a digestif. In cooking it's used to marinate, deglaze meat and fish, perfume desserts, creams and sauces.

Preservation

Store in a cool dark place, in the correct position (upright for spirits, on the side for wine). Once opened, consume within reasonable times.
