Tips
The filling of these little biscuits can range from Nutella to any one of our chocolate creams - the result will be just as good. Also, you should choose a dessert wine to go with them, such as a Monferrato, or a sparkling wine such as Alta Long, or a sparkling rosé.
Trivia
The ‘Lady's Kisses’, famous little pastries, were invented more than a century ago in the town of Piedmont, Tortona, and are so called because they are composed of two discs of dough, which bring to mind the image of closed lips puckered up for a kiss.
