Tips
When cleaning the Swiss chard we advise you to strip the green leafy portion from the harder white stalks. Add the stalks to the boiling water first, and then after a few minutes the leaves. In this way you will get a more evenly cooked result.
Trivia
Swiss chard provides significant amount of vitamins, in particular the pro-vitamin A, iron and magnesium. It is therefore excellent for health, particularly that of children.
