Step by step

Our warm pear, walnut and gorgonzola cheese bruschetta is ready! Enjoy it while still hot and creamy!

Tips
In order to enjoy this starter at its best, we suggest to uncork a bottle of sparkling Pinot Rosa, a nice wine from Italy.
Trivia
Even if according to the tradition the Gorgonzola cheese comes from the homonymous  town nearby Milano, it seems that its rooted in Pastura di Valassina, another Italian town where, due to the presence of some natural caves, this cheese can mature throughout the whole year.
