The fame and fortune of coffee is almost worldwide: this drink invented by the Arabs, who were the first to intuit the use that could be made of its seeds, has therefore spread to every corner of the planet, in particular thanks to Turks who imported it to Europe. In the following centuries, coffee reached South America where there are currently important plantations. However, coffee is not used solely as a drink, as it is also the basis for the preparation of more or less famous desserts, of which an example above all comes from tiramisu.
