Soy sauce is a very healthy ingredient that is used in a large number of gastronomic specialties originating in oriental cuisine, including, in particular, soups, or dishes based on pasta, rice, fish and meat. In reality, however, soy sauce can also be used as a base to create more complex preparations, as happens for example in the case of Worcester sauce. We must not forget that soy sauce is not only used in the kitchen as an ingredient for dishes, as it often represents an excellent condiment.
