Ingredient

Orange juice

Orange soda is a drink very rich in energy, prepared by squeezing the orange fruit, and much appreciated - if served fresh at the right level - during the summer. The invention of this specialty is due to the genius of the founder of Sanpellegrino, who, to refresh his guests, mixed some orange juice with mineral water: the most popular orange soda, in fact, is generally presented inside a can , or a bottle, complete with added carbon dioxide and, depending on the brand, you can find it as bitter as it is sweet.

Use in cooking

Orange soda is consumed simply as a drink, especially alongside some sweets for a snack.

Preservation

The best way to preserve orange soda is to keep the packages in a dark, cool and dry place.

Curiosity

We owe the production of orange juice - in the form we know today - to the intuition of the founder of Sanpellegrino: the latter added orange juice to the mineral water, obtaining a novelty destined for great commercial success.
