The walnut is one of the fruits known for being among the richest in virtues: perfect for regulating the quantity of cholesterol present in the blood, the walnut is also good and lends itself to being a coveted ingredient, due to its quality, within the kitchen, where in particular it is used to create refined desserts, pasta-based first courses or, again, even to prepare walnut oil. It is not difficult to use walnut kernels: in fact, they can easily be used to prepare cakes, or even the famous spaghetti with walnuts.

Walnut kernels can be stored in hermetically sealed jars, which must be placed carefully inside the refrigerator to prevent them from oxidising.
