Tea is a highly appreciated drink in many Eastern countries, where this drink obtained by decoction or infusion is drunk daily at particular moments of the day, which are very close to real rituals: in Western countries, on the other hand, the United Kingdom is an example of how tea represents something more than a simple drink, since it is drunk every day at five in the afternoon. Tea, in the global ranking of the most appreciated and consumed drinks worldwide, occupies second place just behind the fundamental element of life, that is, water: depending on the level of fermentation, tea takes on a color and a more or less intense aroma, as in the case of black tea which represents one of the greatest examples of fermentation.
Use in cooking
In principle, tea is used - in its different varieties - as a hot drink to be enjoyed in the winter months, while in the summer months it can be drunk after being allowed to cool adequately.
Preservation
In principle, tea must be stored taking care to keep it in an airtight container, which in turn should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place.
Curiosity
Although tea can simply be considered a hot drink, in reality, in Eastern traditions the latter represents a real ritual to take care of the soul.
