In particular, on the Asian continent, the leaves and fruits of coriander are also used, whose flavor is particularly sour. Among the most interesting properties of coriander are certainly those of regulating intestinal activity, in particular to combat digestive difficulties, as well as to relax the body in case of feelings of exhaustion. Coriander is used as an ingredient in several sauces, such as Indian garam masala, as well as in vegetable dishes, liqueurs and sausages.
