Ingredient

Tabasco

At the base of this sauce originating from the state of Louisiana, there are very famous Mexican chili peppers that come from Mexico, and which give this very popular condiment in Mexican and especially American dishes, a unique and intense taste: we are talking about the very famous Tabasco, a sauce that exists in many versions with a spiciness that generally reaches the value of 4000 SU on the Scoville scale. Although originally there was only one version of this sauce characterized by a very strong flavour, over the decades, the historic US manufacturing company McIlhenny has introduced more delicate variants.
