Preparation

Prepare the batter by whisking together the beer and flour. Alternatively, you can use sparkling water, just like in the original tempura. Place the batter in the fridge, meanwhile cut the chicken into not too small cubes and dust them with flour. When the oil is hot, dip the chicken into the batter and fry. You can accompany it with some pieces of vegetables fried in the same way and with a sweet and sour sauce that you can prepare yourself with onion, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, Tabasco, and a touch of tomato sauce.
