Preparation

Prepare the pizza dough a few hours before turning to the preparation of the pizza proper. When the dough has risen, roll it out on a baking tray lined with baking parchment. Top with a generous dose of tomato sauce. Add the ham and provolone cheese. Then add a little more tomato sauce and cover with ready-made puff pastry. Bake at 230 °C for 25 minutes.

Tips
Before covering with the puff pastry, roll it out a little with a rolling pin
Trivia
Although the name might suggest otherwise, the ‘Parisian pizza’ is not a French specialty but Neapolitan.
