The Thermomix food processor is quite unique because it has so many features both for those who already know how to cook and for those relative beginners. If you are already familiar with the Thermomix, it will become your 'right-hand man', make much faster all those boring preparation tasks; but if you're not so experienced it will act as 'chef', giving you critical assistance day after day. In addition, the Thermomix does its cooking in a healthy way because it doesn't fry! So, we would like to show you how to make a light sauce of bell peppers, fragrant and delicious. All you need to do is follow the instructions given below, boil some water for the pasta, and make yourself comfortable; the Thermomix does the rest!
Chop the shallots: 30 seconds at speed 5. Add the oil and stir-fry for 3 minutes at 100°C anti-clockwise. Add the peppers: chop for 10 seconds at speed 6. Cook for 20 minutes at 100°C anti-clockwise. Season with salt, add the Parmesan cheese and the cream, and stir for 1 minute anti-clockwise. This is an excellent sauce for tortiglioni and penne.
