Preparation

Heat the cream in a small saucepan, but do not bring it to the boil. Meanwhile, chop up the white chocolate. Pour the chocolate directly into the pan with the cream and stir until dissolved, leaving no lumps. Add the red chilli pepper according to your taste (more or less spicy) and stir. Grease a silicone mould with a very little sunflower oil to help with the removal of the chocolates. Pour the mixture of cream and chocolate into the mould and leave to set for two hours in the refrigerator or 12/24 hours at room temperature.

Tips
To make your chilli chocolates even more special, you could create a marbling effect using dark chocolate.
