Preparation

Mash the garlic, either with a garlic crusher, or by grating it finely. Chop the chilli and parsley finely. Mix the ingredients together in a small bowl with the oil and let stand a few minutes. Cook the pasta and mix with the prepared sauce.

Your already tasty spaghetti with garlic, oil and hot chilli can be made yet more flavourful with the addition of a few fresh cherry tomatoes.
