Almond crust salmon

How can a dish be healthy and delicious at the same time? It's an apparently strange combination, but this almond crust salmon is exactly healthy and delicious! Salmon is full of health benefits: it provides a good source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids, which increase the brain function enhancing its performances (it's perfect for students as well as for old people), avoid cardiovascular problems and protect the eyes from degeneration. Crush the almonds in a morter together with a pinch of coarse salt. Fillet your salmon (unless you don't buy ready fillets of slices of salmon). Once your salmon is cut, press it into the salmon and salt mixture. Press lightly to adhere. Arrange salmon in a non stick pan for 30 second per side. Cook until salmon will be cooked through and opaque in center. Serve with reduced balsamic vinegar.
