Preparation

Crush the almonds in a morter together with a pinch of coarse salt. Fillet your salmon (unless you don't buy ready fillets of slices of salmon). Once your salmon is cut, press it into the salmon and salt mixture. Press lightly to adhere. Arrange salmon in a non stick pan for 30 second per side. Cook until salmon will be cooked through and opaque in center. Serve with reduced balsamic vinegar.
