Prepare the batter: put the milk in a bowl, add the beer, brewer’s yeast, an egg and salt. Cut the white sandwich bread so as to make 4 rectangular sandwiches. Fill the sandwiches with mozzarella, radicchio and anchovy. Soak the sandwiches in the salty milk and then dip in the batter. Fry the sandwiches in hot oil until they are golden brown.
