Although it is best known in its green variant, broccoli is also available in a purple color.

Use in cooking

Broccoli can be eaten either fried or cooked in a pan on its own, as it is also perfect for creating tasty first courses, or even as fillings.

Preservation

Broccoli can be stored in the vegetable drawer of the fridge for a few days, or alternatively for a year in the freezer after blanching it slightly.
