Rinse your asparagus under clean running water and take off the outer layer with a vegetable peeler. Cut off the tips, boil them and keep these aside for garnish. Chop the rest of the stalks and sautee them with one finely minced onion and one handful of capers quickly rinsed and coarsely chopped. Add salt if needed. Once everything is soft, add milk and brie cheese and bring to simmer. Place your pasta in a large saucepan with boiling water and cook it until al dente. Drain the pasta when done, and mix it with the cheese sauce. Garnish with the asparagus tips, a sprig of basil and serve hot.
Sautèè the asparagus together with the onion and the capers chopped up and well rinsed. Add salt as needed. Once everything is nice and soft, add milk and brie cheese.
