Break the eggs and beat them lightly with a fork. Wash the spring onions and herbs and chopped coarsely. Add the whole eggs. Add the breadcrumbs and grated pecorino. Add salt and pepper. Mix well. Add the milk and mix again. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
