Sun-dried tomato and feta cheese salad

The salad we are suggesting today is, in short, quite unique. It is tasty and nutritious, and, furthermore, you can make it in next to no time. All you have to do is wash your lettuce thoroughly and then add the Greek feta cheese, the sun-dried tomatoes and the Leccino olives. Do your shopping carefully and buy only first-rate ingredients! As for the sun-dried tomatoes, use the "ready to eat" type. By doing so you only need to add them to your salad without having to clean and cook them!


  • salad One head of fresh lettuce
  • sundried tomatoes A handful of sun-dried tomatoes
  • feta cheese 100 grams
  • olives Two tablespoons of Leccino olives in brine
  • oil
  • salt

Shred and wash trhe lettuce well. Add the cubed feta, the olives drained of their brine, and the chopped up sun-dried tomatoes. Dress according to taste with extra virgin olive oil and salt, and serve straightaway!

If you can't find any feta cheese, use some fresh goat's cheese instead: its lightness and delicately sharp-tasting flavour are perfect for this combination!
