A truly delicious and charming dessert ... with an unbeatable pairing of gorgeous coffee and Nutella, with just the right amount of Nutella to go with the coffee for a quick dessert which is absolutely scrumptious. It is decorated with chopped hazelnuts which give this pudding a touch of crispness that combines perfectly with the softness of the cheesy cream mixture. The biscuits soaked in with Marsala complete the whole; if you’re giving this to children, you can replace the Marsala with milk or a chocolate drink. This dessert is great as a dessert, or to eat during a coffee break if you fancy a treat. What are you waiting for? Blend the mascarpone and the cream cheese well. Combine the icing sugar, Nutella and coffee. Mix everything together well with a hand whisk, being careful to ensure the cheese doesn’t have any lumps. Crumble the biscuits into the bottom of a glass or small bowl, soak with a little marsala and then add a couple of tablespoons of the creamy mixture, and continue in this way for at least two layers. Garnish with a sprinkling of chopped nuts on the top.
