Brownies

Chocolate brownies are nice squared and flat cakes classic of the USA. It's an American dessert that you must try at least once in life! You can enjoy them with your afternoon tea or make them for your children party: brownies are perfect for both children and grown-ups!

Preparation

Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or on a very low heat. Add cocoa powder and melt everything. Set aside and let it cool. A part, wisk eggs and sugar. Add flour and baking powder to the eggs mixture. Add your melted chocolate and mix well. Finally, add a pinch of minced hazelnuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C. Once baked, cut your brownies into squares.

Tips
Don't forget that in a perfect browny, the crunchy surface hides a soft brown sponge: that's why you don't have to overcook them! Sprinkle them with icing sugar before serving!
