Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or on a very low heat. Add cocoa powder and melt everything. Set aside and let it cool. A part, wisk eggs and sugar. Add flour and baking powder to the eggs mixture. Add your melted chocolate and mix well. Finally, add a pinch of minced hazelnuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C. Once baked, cut your brownies into squares.
