  • unsweetened cocoa powder 2 tablespoons of non sweet cocoa powder
  • eggs 2 units
  • hazelnuts 60 grams
  • Italian 00 flour 120 grams
  • sugar 120 grams
  • baking powder one teaspoon of baking powder

Melt chocolate and butter in a bain-marie or on a very low heat. Add cocoa powder and melt everything. Set aside and let it cool. A part, wisk eggs and sugar. Add flour and baking powder to the eggs mixture. Add your melted chocolate and mix well. Finally, add a pinch of minced hazelnuts. Bake for 40 minutes at 180 C. Once baked, cut your brownies into squares.

Don't forget that in a perfect browny, the crunchy surface hides a soft brown sponge: that's why you don't have to overcook them! Sprinkle them with icing sugar before serving!
