Usually when we talk about Tiramisù what immediately comes to mind is the traditional Italian dessert consisting of Savoyard sponge fingers dipped in coffee and arranged in a dish with alternating layers of mascarpone. However, in reality, there are very many versions of Tiramisù, such as those made with strawberries and peaches. Today, however, we want to introduce you to the most delicious of all the versions of Tiramisù: it's made with Nutella, making a lovely dessert even more scrumptious by the simple addition of the famous creamed hazelnut spread. To make this slightly revised but still traditional Italian dessert, all you have to do is get the main ingredients for the normal recipe, plus a jar of Nutella. Following our recipe, you will be able to serve a really top notch dessert that neither children nor adults will be able to resist. Are you ready to make the most delicious of desserts?
Let's start by making some coffee - leave to cool after sweetening to taste and dilute with 3 cups of water. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the yolks with the sugar until they become foamy. Mix well with mascarpone and then beat the egg whites until stiff. Combine the egg whites with the creamy mascarpone mixture, mixing with a spatula from the bottom upwards to prevent the eggs from breaking down too much. In a bowl loosen the Nutella with 3 tablespoons of milk. If necessary add a little more milk. We can now put the Tiramisù together in a single dish or a number of ramekins. Proceed by alternating biscuits dipped in coffee, the creamy mascarpone, the milky Nutella, and a sprinkling of chopped hazelnuts - continue like this until all ingredients are used up.
