Cookery is constantly changing, always capable of embracing new trends and new experiments, and going beyond the usual expectations - maybe even using ingredients in combinations that at first sight seem unlikely to work and certainly outside the norm. In this wonderful recipe we offer a dessert that is both sweet and yet also marked by a combination of distinctive flavours: the honey and ginger cake, combining the aroma and goodness of honey - sweet and molten – with the liveliness of ginger, which gives a note of originality to the cake. Are you ready to try a really unusual dessert, something that offers the perfect conclusion to a lovely dinner?
