Kamut king fusilli with rocket pesto and pecorino cheese

This recipe is perfect for summer, as it's a fresh and colorful dish, original, savory and perfect for tickling your appetite and that of your guests. The flakes of pecorino cheese will add a unique aroma and an extra "oomph" to your dish! Make a pesto blitzing rocket, pecorino cheese,  pinenuts, salt and oil. Be careful when adding extravirgin olive oil, so as to keep your sauce creamy. Sprinkle some pecorino cheese on a baking paper and microwave for 1 min at max power: you will have some wonderful pecorino cheese flakes, perfect to decorate your dish! Place your pasta in a large saucepan with boiling water and cook it until al dente. Drain it and season with your pesto. Decorate with some pecorino cheese flakes.

Don't forget to pair your dish with a great wine. We suggest you a nice red wine from north Italy.
