There are children who, for one or another reason, are not particularly fond of meat and with whom, therefore, it is necessary to use a little imagination to encourage them to eat a little. So here is a special meat recipe that will make even children happy. A recipe for any day of the week: meat fillets flavoured with a great tomato sauce which, of course, can also be enjoyed with bread. For older children you can add, as indicated in the recipe, a touch of chilli. For smaller children we suggest you leave out the chilli and serve it with some mashed potatoes - success will be guaranteed!
Add salt to the meat and let infuse for few minutes. Prepare the tomato sauce in a bowl, with tomato passata, salt, pepper, oregano and chilli. In a pan, heat the oil and gently fry the garlic. When the garlic begins to brown, remove it from the oil and sear the veal slices for two minutes. Remove the slices of meat and, with the sauce and oil remaining in the pot, add the tomato sauce and cook for 5 minutes. When it is reduced and well flavoured, add the meat and cook for another minute. Your meat with tomato sauce is ready!
