There are many dishes from different cuisines which can lend a touch of originality to our cooking, and help to make tasty and inviting meals for friends or relatives and at the same time displaying our abilities in the kitchen, our love of cooking, all resulting in a convivial meal. What we offer here is really unusual and appetizing, especially for all those who like to experiment and discover new combinations of ingredients: namely celeriac, topped with an excellent lemon dressing, with an end result that is suitable both as a starter and as a side dish to a fish or meat course. So let's get stuck in and surprise our guests with our originality – they will be grateful!
Prepare a well-emulsified lemon dressing. Peel the outer part of the celeriac. Cut into thin slices and place in a bowl. Mix the celeriac slices in the lemon dressing and let them marinate for half an hour. You can serve them on their own, along with some crudités or as a side dish for grilled meats.
