Cooking is an art, where creativity is the most important and undisputed quality, because without this ingredient nothing will be possible. So even if you are just preparing a sandwich, you should not forget that your aim is to stimulate the taste buds of your guests with your ability to pull diverse ingredients together into a satisfying whole. In this recipe we offer a delicious sandwich made with roast beef, mozzarella and courgettes, combining different colours and, above all, a blend of flavours that you won’t find anywhere else. Don’t miss out on the advice of our friend the chef Andrea Valentinetti, a lover of these innovative meals for which you must buy the best quality ingredients: because good roast beef is critical to the success of your roast beef sandwich!
Cut the mozzarella into slices and the courgettes into thin slices. Cut the loaf into two longwise. Arrange the mozzarella onto the bread and then add layer of raw courgette. Add the roast beef on top of the courgette. Add the mayonnaise and mustard on top of the roast beef, and salt lightly.
