Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl with the sugar until frothy. Stir in the flour and oil and then add the baking powder, baking soda, ground almonds, juice and grated zest of a lemon and poppy seeds, mixing well. Pour the mixture into paper cups, decorate the surface with some poppy seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
