Lemon muffin with poppy seeds

There are cakes that thanks to their inviting appearance win over everyone, especially children, even before they are devoured. This is especially true if they are garnished with imagination, perhaps with something unusual, and certainly a little alien to the Italian tradition. So we present an excellent lemon-flavoured muffin garnished with poppy seeds: it is a recipe that is definitely closer to those who are used to the diet of Northern Europe or America, but their lively taste is a perfect way to finish a lunch or dinner. Don’t worry: everyone will really like your muffins with lemon and poppy seeds, especially children and those who are normally fussy eaters!
