Being in the heart of Italy, the Marche region offers a varied gastronomy, influenced by both the uses and flavors of the north and the south. The sea view offers truly irresistible fish flavors, such as the famous fish soup. Stockfish is also one of the undisputed protagonists of the Marche cuisine. Here too, as in Abruzzo, we find an excellent truffle. The ciavuscolo is a rather famous typical salami from the Marches. Among the sausages worthy of note, we also mention porchetta and coppa.
