The great protagonists of the Aosta Valley cuisine are game and cheeses. The first dish that comes to mind when it comes to Val D’Aosta is the famous Aosta Valley fondue. Also worth mentioning are the polenta concia, the Aosta Valley cutlet and many meat dishes such as venison, deer and others. Among the desserts we mention Mont Blanc, an exquisite chestnut-based dessert.
