Preparation

Prepare skewers by threading on them: a piece of pork, a piece of sausage, a piece of beef, a leaf of sage, and so on: close the skewer by adding a slice of onion and a piece of bell pepper. Arrange the skewers in a pan with oil and butter and flavor with plenty of rosemary. Brown them on all sides so that the meat colors well. Pour in half a cup of water in which you have dissolved a stock cube and let them cook covered for 10 minutes. Check the seasoning; add pepper, raise the heat, and drizzle with brandy allowing it to evaporate. Serve with mashed potatoes and Merlot red wine.

Tips
If you want the skewers to be even more flavorful, marinate them for at least an hour in oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary before cooking; this will allow the flavors to blend better with the meat.
Trivia
Pork is a traditional ingredient in Italian cuisine, often used in regional recipes. Skewers, on the other hand, are a dish that represents togetherness and the joy of cooking together.
