New flavors are those flavors that sometimes appeal to us and that give us the idea of venturing into some new or different recipe than usual. Let's think of sweet and sour chicken (ours is amazing!), noodles in broth, spicy meatballs, chicken and apple curry and many other "new" recipes, a little distant from Mediterranean cuisine, but equally delicious!
